Britney & Jarred are getting married in June, & I cannot WAIT to be a part of their wedding. We had a great time exploring & shooting their engagement session in Galveston, recently. They really are a sweet couple & you can tell they have a deep connection. I was excited that they brought their puppies along to be in a few of the shots. And we got our feet wet in the beach at sunset. What a great session! Thanks to Britany & Jarred! Here are a few of my favorites…

It would take more than a little bit of rain to bring them down… Adria & Jeremy’s outdoor ceremony was moved inside when the rain started to fall on their special day. They decided it was a sign of good luck & moved their guests inside for the vows. But the clouds parted just in time for us to take some beautiful shots on the dock outside at the Hilton. This couple was truly a pleasure to work with. They had me laughing all day & I was so glad to be a part of their wedding. Here are just a few beautiful images from the moments after their ceremony.

I love when my couples do a “first look” prior to the ceremony. It gives them a special time to see each other & have a few private moments alone before they start the beginning of their fun filled wedding day. So often after the ceremony is over, there is not a single second they can just focus on each other. Jessee & John had their first look at sunset before their twilight ceremony. It was such a sweet moment when they first saw one another. I hope they will cherish these images forever. Here are few favorite moments from their first look.

It’s not every day that you get to photograph one of your best friends weddings. I feel so honored that I had the privilege of capturing such a special day on film for Jess. I’ve known Jessee for about 10 years, & she is one of the loveliest, most kind, & talented women you could ever know. I count myself blessed to call her friend. She found her perfect match in John, & they were married in Austin, TX in November at a Chapel on a hill. There are so many special moments from this night. But I had to start with just this one. Something about this image, taken during their first look before the ceremony, evokes every bit of love that these two people share. Congratulations to you both! I could not be happier for you!
