Texas Heirloom Mini Events take place during our scorching Texas Summers, from June 1 - September 30 in Houston, Austin and Dallas (and surrounding).
Beat the heat and humidity in the comfort of your own (or a friend’s) home with these simple but timeless heirloom portrait sessions for your children.
How it works :
Sign up to be a host, and get your children’s sessions for FREE! ( See minimums below )
Heirloom Mini Events take place in the host’s home, or a neighborhood clubhouse, etc if you don’t have enough space! We just need 9 ft x 7 ft.
Invite all of your Mom friends to come and have their kiddos photographed! Ages : ‘Sitters’ to 16! Children must be able to sit unassisted for a few minutes.
Each child will receive a 10 minute session, where I will make them laugh and express all of their silliness, seriousness, etc.
20 edited black and white digital images will be delivered to each parent within 2 weeks. Your images will be full resolution and printable to 16 x 24 +.
Your first child’s session is $200 + tax, 50% ($100) is due to book each 10 minute time slot. Balance due on session date.
Your second child, apply a 25% discount, 3rd and 4th children, apply 50% discount. More than 4 children, ask for pricing.
Retainers are non-refundable, but are transferable. Only one child per 10 minute time slot.
Maximum 16 Children. Host receives up to 3 free time slots for their children, when required minimum is met.
- Houston and Surrounding - Minimum 6 individual children (not including host’s children)
- Austin and Surrounding - Minimum 8 individual children (not including host’s children)
- Dallas and Surrounding - Minimum 10 individual children (not including host’s children)
That’s the big picture! So what else can we do?
SIBLING / COUSIN ADD-ON
Each child must have their own 10 minute time slot. You can purchase a 5 minute sibling (or cousin) add-on and capture your children together. $75 + tax.
FAMILY ADD-ON
Each child must have their own 10 minute time slot. You may purchase a 5 minute family add-on and capture your immediate family together. $75 + tax.
COLOR ADD-ON
Our mission is to deliver timeless black and white images, but some people love color! Add-on a color duplicate of your collection of images. $50 + tax.
